Yes — we regularly ship personal-consumption medicines in tablet or capsule form, homemade food, and branded eatables to 220+ countries. Some destinations (Australia, UAE, USA) restrict specific items; we check rules before booking.
No — we do not accept liquids of any kind (water, syrups, oils, gels, perfumes, cosmetics, aerosols). DGCA and carrier rules treat these as hazardous or restricted goods. For medicines, only tablets, capsules or powdered forms are shipped — bring a doctor's prescription copy if asked by customs.

Documents start at 500 g — ₹104 within Bangalore, ₹219 to Delhi. The smallest parcel slab is 1 kg. Surface freight carries a 3 kg minimum, so 1 kg and 3 kg cost the same on that service.
For bulky but light packages, DTDC charges on volumetric weight = (Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 5000. If volumetric weight is higher than actual weight, that higher number is billed. We measure and quote clearly before booking.
