What to have ready

Three things get you a firm quote straight away: where it is going (the pincode, ideally — rates change between a city row and its state band), what it weighs, and the size of the box. That last one matters more than people expect: a large light parcel is billed on volumetric weight, so a 40 × 30 × 30 cm carton is charged as 7.2 kg however little is inside it.

Pickup

Free, anywhere in Bengaluru, at any hour and on any weight. There is no minimum booking value and no collection charge — including HSR Layout, Koramangala, BTM, Electronic City, Whitefield, Indiranagar, Jayanagar, Marathahalli and the rest of the city. We bring bubble wrap and a rated box if you would rather not pack it yourself.

Tracking an existing shipment

If you already have an AWB number, you do not need us — enter it at dtdc.com/track-your-shipment. Call us if the tracking has not moved in more than a day and we will chase it from our end.

Before you call

We cannot carry liquids, syrups, oils, gels, perfumes or aerosols on any route — that is DTDC’s restriction, not a preference of ours. Sealed dry food, packaged snacks and prescription tablets in original packaging are all fine.
