Cuttack is billed on DTDC's Odisha card, zone Z4, service DNG. Standard puts a parcel there in 3–4 days. The road alternative takes 7–8, which is more than a week once a weekend falls in it — worth knowing before the lower number tempts you.
DTDC's published rates for Odisha, set out exactly as we receive them. Cuttack carries no separate line, so the state card decides the price.

These are the DTDC rates for Odisha (zone Z4) — the same card applies across the state. Billed weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 5000). Surface and heavier air slabs carry a 3 kg minimum. Full rate card and how billing works →
Cuttack prices from DTDC’s Odisha card — zone Z4, service DNG. Some Odisha destinations do hold their own line on the sheet; Cuttack is not one of them, and calling this a Cuttack rate would be a small lie in a business full of them. It is the state rate, and it is what you pay.
The tier decision here turns almost entirely on the road transit. 7–8 days is a long time for a parcel to be in motion, and once a Sunday lands inside it the practical wait is longer still. Standard, by contrast, clears in 3–4 days at ₹415 for the first kilogram — less than a week saved, more than double the speed.
So the road tier is for cargo, not for parcels. Its ₹484 opening figure covers everything up to three kilograms, which makes it worse than useless on light consignments: a 1 kg box is ₹415 in the air and ₹484 on the road, four days apart. From 5 kg it begins to earn its place — ₹807 against ₹1,383 — and by the 25 kg slab it is ₹4,036 against ₹6,481. Send furniture fittings, machine parts and shop stock that way. Send anything a person is expecting by air.
Two smaller points from the same sheet. The Premium column asks ₹813 for three days, which is the fast end of the Standard window rather than an improvement on it, and it stops at the 25 kg slab. Documents, meanwhile, come in two columns: ₹242 for 500 g on the ordinary one against ₹496 express. The ordinary column travels on the same three-to-four-day booking as a Standard parcel, so paper with no date attached has no reason to go express.
Everything inside the 753xxx band takes the same figure, since the rate belongs to the state rather than to the city.

Three to four days on Standard, three on Premium, seven to eight if it travels by road.
Only for weight you are not waiting on. Below three kilograms it costs more than air and takes twice as long; above 5 kg the saving becomes real.
Because that is what it is. Cuttack has no dedicated line on our DTDC sheet, so the state card applies.
₹242 up to 500 g on the ordinary column, ₹496 on the express one. Unless a submission date is fixed, the cheaper column is the answer.
Yes, on the same card. Send the pincode so we can confirm the delivery point before the docket is raised.
No. Every figure on the card already contains it, so the price you read is the price you settle.
Not at all, at any weight, anywhere in the city.
Give us the weight and the delivery pincode, and we will read the slab back to you before anything is booked.
