बैंगलोर से होसुर कूरियर · मुफ़्त पिकअप · 2–3 दिन
Counter in HSR Layout, collection anywhere in the city — 9164995001.
Hosur is forty kilometres down the Krishnagiri road and still an interstate booking. The card files it under zone Z2 on the DZB product and schedules it at 2–3 days, so plan it off the rate sheet rather than off the map. Six shipments have gone this way on our account.
Quoted against 635126, the SIPCOT pincode our card names. These are DTDC's own slabs — we add nothing, and the 18% tax is counted inside each figure.

Rates for Hosur (pincode 635126), DTDC service DZB. Billed weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 5000). Surface and heavier air slabs carry a 3 kg minimum. Full rate card and how billing works →
Nothing about this booking is local, despite the distance. DTDC prices Hosur as Z2 and carries it on the DZB product at 2–3 days, the same treatment a Tamil Nadu city three hundred kilometres further out receives. An hour’s drive does not make it a same-day lane, and we would rather say so before you book than after.
The compensation is a cheap card, and an oddly generous one: ₹196 for a kilogram, ₹380 for three, ₹1,268 for ten. That is Karnataka-level pricing on a Tamil Nadu row, and the lowest opening figure we quote outside Karnataka itself. Paperwork is cheaper again and moves on its own product, DRB, from ₹127 for the first half kilo and ₹196 for a full one.
Premium is where money gets wasted here. It asks ₹415 for that first kilo, more than twice the Standard figure, and the card commits it to 2 days against Standard’s 2–3. That is one day bought, occasionally none at all. We will book it when a deadline is genuinely at stake; we will not pretend it is good value.
Road freight fails in the opposite direction. It charges ₹259 whether the box weighs one kilo or three, because billing opens at the three-kilo mark — so a light parcel costs more than air and lands a day later. The maths turns at five kilograms, ₹432 against ₹634, and by fifty it is ₹4,322 against ₹6,339. Pallets of stock for the SIPCOT units are precisely what that column is for.
Town and SIPCOT addresses price off the rows above. Krishnagiri, Denkanikottai and the villages further along the highway sit on separate rows — give us the pincode and we will check before quoting.

Because the consignment moves through DTDC's network on the Z2 Tamil Nadu card, not by direct van. The published commitment is two to three days on Standard and two on Premium.
₹196 Standard, ₹415 Premium, ₹259 by road. Tax is inside all three.
Rarely. It doubles the price to save a day at most, since the card already schedules Standard at two to three days.
From about five kilos upward. Below three it charges a flat ₹259 regardless, which beats nothing on the air card.
Yes. Papers run on the DRB document card and start at ₹127 for 500 g, well under the parcel opening slab.
Yes, anywhere in the city, free, and we will bring cartons and wrap if the goods are not packed.
By size when size wins. The three sides in centimetres, multiplied and divided by 5000, against the scale reading — the larger of the two is billed.
Tell us the weight and whether it is paper or freight — the two price on different cards, and we will read you the right one.
