Morena is the northern tip of Madhya Pradesh, past Gwalior and almost into the Chambal ravines, but DTDC prices it on the same state card at Z4 as the rest of MP, on the DNG service. Standard clears in 4–5 days; the road column takes 6–7.
The table is DTDC's Madhya Pradesh card exactly as issued to our counter. Watch the bottom rows in particular — this lane is at its most interesting when the consignment is heavy.

These are the DTDC rates for Madhya Pradesh (zone Z4) — the same card applies across the state. Billed weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 5000). Surface and heavier air slabs carry a 3 kg minimum. Full rate card and how billing works →
Most of what people send to Morena is bulky rather than urgent, so this page starts at the bottom of the table rather than the top. At 25 kg the road column is ₹4,036 against ₹6,481 on the air tier, and at 50 kg it is ₹8,072 against ₹12,962 — a difference of ₹4,890 on one consignment, or about ₹161 a kilogram instead of ₹259. The cost of that saving is two days: 6–7 by road against 4–5 on Standard.
There is a ceiling worth knowing before you plan a heavy booking. The Premium column on this card stops at 25 kg. Standard and road freight both continue to 50, but above 25 kg there is no published express figure for us to quote, and anything larger is arranged per consignment. If you have a 40 kg shipment that must fly, ask us first rather than assuming a rate exists.
At the light end the card behaves the way every DTDC road card does: it bills from a three-kilogram minimum, so one kilo is ₹484 by road and ₹415 on Standard. Under three kilos the air tier is both faster and cheaper, and that is the end of the argument. Premium at ₹813 for a kilogram shortens 4–5 days to four — a fair deal only when the date matters more than the money.
Documents sit in two columns on the Madhya Pradesh sheet. Half a kilo is ₹242 on the ordinary one against ₹496 on Premium; three kilograms is ₹1,106 against ₹2,080. At three kilos a Standard parcel at ₹830 undercuts both, which is worth checking before a thick file goes on the document card.
Morena town runs on 476001. The district spreads north to the Chambal and west towards Sabalgarh, and a state card prices all of it alike.

Four to five days on Standard, four on Premium, six to seven if it moves by road.
At 25 kg, ₹4,036 instead of ₹6,481. At 50 kg, ₹8,072 instead of ₹12,962. Roughly ₹161 a kilo rather than ₹259.
Not off this card — the Premium column ends at 25 kg. Standard and road both go to 50 kg, and anything larger we arrange per consignment. Ask before you pack it.
Because road billing opens at three kilograms. A 1 kg box is charged ₹484 there against ₹415 on Standard, so it makes no sense at that weight.
No. It is the Madhya Pradesh card at Z4, the same one used for Gwalior, Bhind and the rest of the state.
Yes, and the state card means the price does not change. Send the pincode and we will confirm before booking.
The greater of actual and volumetric weight — length × breadth × height in cm ÷ 5000. Large light cartons are charged on volume, so pack tightly.
Weight, rough box size and the delivery pincode. On heavy cartons we will show you both columns side by side before you decide.
