Nagpur sits almost exactly halfway up the country from Bangalore, and DTDC rates it in Z4 on the DNB product. Standard runs 3–4 days, Premium commits to 3 days, and Surface is a 5–6 day road movement.
Look hard at the Premium column before you buy it. It costs ₹813 for 1 kg against ₹415 on Standard, and at 3 kg the gap widens to ₹2,080 versus ₹778 — nearly triple. What that money buys on this lane is one day, sometimes none, because Standard’s own range already includes day three. Premium earns its place when a deadline is genuinely fixed and missing it costs more than the fare. For most Nagpur traffic it does not.
Surface is the more useful decision. The 3 kg minimum parks the entry price at ₹484, which is more than Standard’s ₹415 at one kilo, so a single-kilo parcel should never go Surface.
