Panipat takes the Haryana zone rate in DTDC's Z3-NCR band, moving on the DAR air service for 1–2 days or by road in four to five. Which of those you want usually comes down to how much the box weighs.
These are DTDC's published rates for Haryana, applied across the state's Z3-NCR band. There is no Panipat-only sheet, and nothing here is marked up by us.

These are the DTDC rates for Haryana (zone Z3-NCR) — the same card applies across the state. Billed weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 5000). Surface and heavier air slabs carry a 3 kg minimum. Full rate card and how billing works →
Most enquiries we get for Panipat are not about speed. They are about weight — bedding, rugs, made-ups and sample lots heading to the GT Road belt, in boxes that are big before they are heavy. Two things decide the price of a consignment like that.
The first is billed weight. Anything soft and bulky gets measured as well as weighed, and the higher of the two is charged: length × width × height in centimetres, divided by 5,000. A loosely packed quilt can bill at twice its actual weight. Compressing and taping properly at our counter routinely saves more than the pickup would have cost, if pickup were charged, which it is not.
The second is which tier can take the load at all. Standard and Surface both run to a 50 kg slab — ₹12,962 in the air, ₹8,072 by road, a difference of ₹4,890 for three or four extra days. The Premium column stops at 25 kg, so heavy and urgent is not a combination this card will sell you; above that ceiling, express has to be arranged per consignment.
Below three kilos, ignore road entirely. The surface tier bills from a 3 kg floor at ₹484, and Standard carries a single kilo through the air for ₹415 in 1–2 days. The crossover comes at 5 kg, where ₹807 by road undercuts ₹1,383 by air, and it widens from there.
Documents on the Haryana card carry two rows: ₹242 for the first 500 g on the standard service, ₹432 on express. On a lane that already delivers in 1–2 days the express row buys almost nothing, so half a kilo of paper costs ₹242 and never needs booking as a parcel.
City deliveries fall in the 1321xx series, and the rest of the district prices off the same Haryana band.

By the greater of actual and volumetric weight, volumetric being L × W × H in cm ÷ 5000. Soft goods almost always bill on volume.
Not on this card — the Premium column ends at 25 kg. Standard and Surface both go to 50 kg, and beyond that we arrange the consignment separately.
₹8,072, against ₹12,962 on Standard. Road takes 4–5 days where the air tier takes 1–2.
