Yes — we regularly ship personal-consumption medicines in tablet or capsule form, homemade food, and branded eatables to 220+ countries. Some destinations (Australia, UAE, USA) restrict specific items; we check rules before booking.
No — we do not accept liquids of any kind (water, syrups, oils, gels, perfumes, cosmetics, aerosols). DGCA and carrier rules treat these as hazardous or restricted goods. For medicines, only tablets, capsules or powdered forms are shipped — bring a doctor's prescription copy if asked by customs.
Liquids of any kind (syrups, oils, perfumes, cosmetics, aerosols), currency, gold/silver, precious stones, lithium batteries > 100 Wh (air), flammables, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, narcotics, perishables without cold chain, and country-specific items (e.g. dairy to USA, meat to Australia). Documents start at 500 g (₹85). For parcels, minimum chargeable weight is 1 kg. For surface cargo, minimum 30 kg (below that, use standard parcel).
For bulky but light packages, DTDC charges on volumetric weight = (Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 5000. If volumetric weight is higher than actual weight, that higher number is billed. We measure and quote clearly before booking.
