Bhavnagar is one of the quicker lanes on our sheet in both directions of the price-versus-time argument, and that changes the advice we give on it. Air clears in 2–3 days and the road tier in 5–6 — three days between them, where most of our northern routes have a full week.
Pricing is by state. Our sheet holds a single Gujarat card, zone Z4 on the DNB service, and it covers Saurashtra, Kutch and the mainland cities alike unless a city has been given its own line. Bhavnagar has not, so this is the card, and the figure on it is exactly what we bill.
The first kilogram is ₹415 by air. Premium costs ₹813 and commits to two days, which on a 2–3 day Standard window means you are buying away one uncertain day for roughly the same amount again. On a shipment that has to make a survey date or a vessel schedule that is fair value; on a parcel to a relative it is not.
The road column is where this lane rewards planning. It reads ₹484 from its three-kilogram base, so light bookings are penalised — 1 kg by road is ₹484 against ₹415 by air, and three days slower for the privilege.
