Bhilwara is billed on DTDC's Rajasthan card, Z4 on the DNB service, with Standard at 3–4 days and surface at six to seven. For a town that ships and receives in volume, the slab structure matters as much as the tier.
These are DTDC's published rates for Rajasthan. Bhilwara carries no city row — Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur and Ajmer do — so the state band applies, unchanged and unmarked-up.

These are the DTDC rates for Rajasthan (zone Z4) — the same card applies across the state. Billed weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 5000). Surface and heavier air slabs carry a 3 kg minimum. Full rate card and how billing works →
Rates on this card are charged by slab, not by the kilogram, and on a lane that carries a lot of repeat trade traffic that is where most of the money is won or lost.
Take a ten-kilo dispatch. Booked as one consignment on Standard it is ₹2,593. Split into two five-kilo boxes it becomes ₹1,383 twice — ₹2,766, and as three or four smaller cartons it climbs further still. The road tier is kinder about it — ₹1,614 for a single 10 kg booking, and ₹807 twice if you halve it, which comes to the same money — so the penalty for splitting lands on air bookings. Wherever the goods can safely travel in one carton, they should, and where they cannot we book the boxes together under one enquiry.
The tiers themselves are straightforward. Standard is 3–4 days, Premium is 3 days at ₹813 for the first kilo against ₹415 — one day, at roughly double, which is worth it only against a deadline. Surface is 6–7 days and starts at a 3 kg floor of ₹484, so light consignments are cheaper and faster by air. From five kilos road is the better buy — ₹807 against ₹1,383 — and at 25 kg it is ₹4,036 against ₹6,481.
Two things to plan around. Soft goods bill on volumetric weight when the box is large for its weight: length × width × height in centimetres, divided by 5,000. And documents climb a ladder of their own, separate from the parcel slabs: ₹242, ₹415, ₹761 and ₹1,106 at 500 g, one, two and three kilograms on the ordinary column, against ₹496, ₹813, ₹1,446 and ₹2,080 on express. Mill paperwork and sample dockets belong on the first of those.
City addresses fall in the 3110xx series, with the district and its mill towns spread across 3110xx to 3116xx — all on the same Rajasthan band.

No — the opposite. Ten kilos in one consignment is ₹2,593 on Standard; two five-kilo boxes are ₹2,766. Consolidate wherever the goods allow.
Three to four days on the DNB service. Premium fixes it at three, and road takes six to seven.
It is the Rajasthan state band. Bhilwara has no row of its own on the card, and we describe it accordingly.
On volumetric weight where that exceeds the actual weight — L × W × H in cm ÷ 5000.
Two columns are published. The ordinary one runs ₹242 at 500 g to ₹1,106 at three kilograms, and express is roughly double at every step — so we book paperwork on the ordinary column unless it is chasing a date.
