Every lane has one question that decides most bookings. On this one it is whether to pay for air, and Bhusawal gives an unusually clean answer, because the two products are only about two days apart: 3–4 days on the air tier, 5–6 on the road tier. Elsewhere on this card that gap runs to three or four days.
Put the money beside it. Five kilograms is ₹1,383 by air and ₹807 by road — you keep ₹576 and give up two days. Ten kilograms is ₹2,593 against ₹1,614. Twenty-five is ₹6,481 against ₹4,036. For trade stock, spares or anything going to a shop rather than a person, that is an easy trade to make, and it is easier here than on the longer road lanes where the same saving costs you the better part of a week.
The exception is small consignments. Road charging cannot drop below its three-kilogram minimum of ₹484, while a single kilogram by air is ₹415. So under three kilos the road column is both slower and dearer, and there is no argument for it.
The express tier deserves a straight answer too. It costs ₹813 for the first kilogram and delivers in 3 days — one day, at most, off a Standard air booking, for roughly twice the price. On a lane where Standard already reaches in three to four days, that is money spent on very little. We would rather you knew that than found out afterwards.
Documents are simple enough. The Maharashtra card carries an ordinary scale from ₹242 for 500 g and ₹415 for a kilogram, and an express one at ₹496 and ₹813 on the three-day commitment. Below a kilogram the ordinary scale is the cheapest booking on this lane.
