Delhi runs on DTDC's DAR air service out of Bangalore, which is why it clears in 1–2 days on Standard and next day on Premium rather than the 4–5 days a surface booking takes. It is our third-busiest outstation lane — 45 shipments on our DTDC account have gone to Delhi.

Delhi sits in DTDC’s Z3 metro zone from Bangalore, and it is one of a small number of destinations that gets the DAR air product. That single fact drives everything else on this page: a 1 kg parcel reaches Delhi in 1–2 days on Standard, next day on Premium, and takes 4–5 days if you book Surface.
The three tiers are genuinely different products, not marketing labels. Standard moves by air and is what most people want. Premium is the same air network with a next-day commitment and a noticeably higher price — worth it for documents that have a deadline, rarely worth it otherwise. Surface is road freight: it costs ₹380 for the first 3 kg against ₹657 on Standard, so it wins on anything heavy where four or five days is acceptable.
One quirk worth knowing on this lane: Surface has a 3 kg minimum, so 1 kg and 3 kg both cost ₹380. If you are shipping 1.5 kg and not in a hurry, you are paying for 3 kg either way — send more in the same box.
