Ghaziabad borders Delhi, but it is not priced like Delhi. It carries its own card in zone Z4 on the DNG parcel service, quoted against pincode 201002, which puts a kilo at ₹415 over 3–4 days. Documents are the exception — they ride the DAR air product and start at ₹242.
The card we hold quotes this lane against pincode 201002. Both tables below are copied from it without a markup, and the 18% GST is already inside each number.

Rates for Ghaziabad (pincode 201002), DTDC service DNG. Billed weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 5000). Surface and heavier air slabs carry a 3 kg minimum. Full rate card and how billing works →
The most common mistake on this lane is assuming an NCR address gets NCR speed. Delhi proper sits in DTDC’s Z3 metro band; Ghaziabad is banded Z4 and moves on the DNG service, so Standard commits to 3–4 days rather than the day or two a Delhi booking gets. Distance is not the reason — the zone is. If your consignee is a few kilometres over the border in Delhi, ask us; the other card may serve you better.
Within the Ghaziabad card, the tier that stands out is Premium. It is priced at ₹709 for the first kilo against ₹415 on Standard, a gap of under ₹300, and it commits to 3 days. That is a narrower premium than most Z4 destinations carry, so if a day matters to you here it costs less to buy than it usually does. Beyond the first kilo the gap widens sharply — ₹1,815 against ₹778 at three kilos — and the case for it collapses.
Surface runs 6–7 days on a three-kilo minimum of ₹484. At one kilo that is more than the air rate, so light parcels stay on Standard. From three kilos the road option is the cheaper one and stays that way all the way up: ₹1,614 against ₹2,593 at ten kilos, ₹8,068 against ₹12,966 at fifty. Three or four extra days for roughly a 38% saving is the trade.
Documents are the quiet bargain on this lane. They are booked on the DAR service and start at ₹242 for 500 g on Standard, or ₹432 if you want the Premium document product. For a single set of papers to a Ghaziabad office, that is one of the cheaper things we book to north India.
City pincodes run 201001 to 201017, and the card figure is quoted against 201002. Indirapuram, Vaishali and Kaushambi fall on the same card even though they look like Noida from the map.

Zoning, not geography. Delhi is a Z3 metro on the air card; Ghaziabad is Z4 on the DNG service, which books at three to four days.
₹415 Standard, ₹709 Premium, ₹484 Surface — GST included in all three.
For one kilo, possibly: ₹709 against ₹415 for a firm three-day commitment is a smaller step up than most northern lanes ask. For heavier parcels it is not — the gap triples by three kilos.
₹242 for 500 g on the Standard document service, which runs on DAR, or ₹432 on the Premium document product.
Once you are at or above three kilos and can live with six to seven days. Under three kilos the ₹484 floor makes it dearer than flying.
Yes, all on this card. Tell us the pincode when you book and we will read the slab back to you before anything is paid.
Say so — those are separate rows on our card and often cheaper or faster. We would rather book you correctly than book you here.
Volumetric weight applies when it beats the scale: length × width × height in centimetres divided by 5000.
Give us the weight and the pincode. If the address turns out to be Delhi or Noida we will move you to whichever card costs you less.
