Start with the part most courier pages leave out: this is the Rajasthan zone rate, not a Sikar rate. Zone Z4, service DNB. Sikar, Fatehpur, Laxmangarh and Neem Ka Thana all price from the same sheet, and the number is genuine — it is simply a state number, and saying otherwise would be an invention.
What the card buys is 3–4 days on Standard for ₹415 the first kilogram. Premium asks ₹813 for three days. Look at those two lines together before you spend the difference: three days is inside the window Standard already offers, so the extra ₹398 buys a commitment rather than speed. On lanes where Premium lands a day earlier we say so. Here it does not, and we would rather you kept the money.
Road freight takes 6–7 days at ₹484 for anything up to three kilograms — its billing floor. That makes it the wrong choice for a light parcel, which is quicker and cheaper in the air. It becomes the right choice once volume is involved: ₹1,614 against ₹2,593 at 10 kg, ₹2,421 against ₹3,889 at 15 kg.
Books and study material are worth a specific note, since so much of what leaves Bangalore for Sikar is exactly that. Paper is heavy but compact, so the billed weight is almost always the scale weight rather than the volumetric one, and a full carton climbs the slabs quickly. Fifteen kilograms of books by road is ₹2,421 and about a week in transit. The same load in the air is ₹3,889 and lands in three or four days. Decide by the date the material is needed, not by the box.
Documents get two columns on this sheet. Ordinary paper is ₹242 up to 500 g and ₹415 up to a kilogram, travelling on the same 3–4 day booking as a Standard parcel; the express column asks ₹496 and ₹813 for a fixed three days. For admission forms and exam paperwork the ordinary column is almost always the right one — at half a kilogram it is the cheapest booking the card offers.
A state card means the outlying towns cost what the town centre costs — there is no distance loading inside Rajasthan.
