Singrauli is a coal and power district — the mines and generating stations around Waidhan are what it is built on, and consignments to it tend to be heavy rather than urgent. DTDC prices it in zone Z4 on the DNG service, off the Madhya Pradesh card.
The number that should shape your booking is the transit gap. Air is 4–5 days here, which is slow for an air product, while road is 6–7. Two days separates them.
